FAQ

1. PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Most products are in stock and will be sent usually dispatched within 1-2 days. Some products are made to order at the workshop, in this case please allow up to 5 days lead time for production and dispatch. This is a rough estimate and most products may be dispatched before that. 

2. SHIPPING
Shipping rates will automatically be calculated and added at checkout. All of our shipping is tracked, you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

All of our domestic UK orders, regardless to weight, price or amount of items are priced at a flat shipping rate of £5. All of the domestic orders will be sent with Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (1-2 working days).

EU shipping is priced at £10 for orders up to 1kg (approx. up to 3 items), and £15 for orders between 1kg-2kg. All of the EU orders (under 2kg) will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (3-5 working days). Orders above 2kg will be sent with a courier (£25 for 2-4kg). 

ROW (Rest Of World) shipping is priced at £15 for orders up to 0.5kg (usually 1 item), £20 for orders between 0.5kg-1kg (approx 3-4 items), and £25 for orders between 1kg-2kg. All of the ROW orders (under 2kg) will be sent with Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days, depending on country). Orders above 2kg will be sent with a courier (and will be priced at £45 for 2-5kg).

3. CHANGES / REFUNDS
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us via the contact button on the same day of making the order, stating your order number, so we will make sure not to start production. 

We take great care in making clear representation of our handmade products on the website and we feel that they are described and photographed in good faith. If for some reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased, please contact us and we will refund any items that returned to us (provided they are still in a good condition). Return postage will be covered by the customer. 

In case of any damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will refund or replace it immediately. Please note that our products are handmade and might have slight variation from product to product due to the nature of the production.

We cannot take any responsibility for refund for any incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.

4. SAFETY
Please make sure you read our safety instructions regarding items such as candles and clocks and follow all the recommended guidelines. Some of our products could be assembled from small parts and should not be suitable for children under 3 years.

5. WHOLESALE
